💼 Accounts Receivable Officer (AR Officer)
📋 Responsibilities
• Issue online sales invoices (100+ orders per day)
• Prepare invoices and billing documents for customers
• Verify customer payment records
• Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure they are received on time
• Prepare output tax reports

💼 Accounts Payable Officer (AP Officer)
📋 Responsibilities
• Prepare AP documents and record transactions into the company’s accounting system
• Prepare tax reports including VAT (PP.30), PND.1, PND.3, PND.53, and other tax documents
• Coordinate with the Finance Department for payment processing
• Perform account reconciliations and other assignments as requested
