Warehouse Officer

💰 Salary: THB 15,000 month
📅 Working Days: 5 days per week
⏰ Working Hours: 09:30 – 18:30

📦 Key Responsibilities

• Receive imported products based on the sales forecast to ensure sufficient inventory for each warehouse.
• Prepare and allocate products according to Purchase Orders (POs) from each branch, based on forecasted demand. Verify product requisitions and notify the relevant branch if the requested quantity exceeds the forecast.
• Monitor and control product withdrawals that are outside the quantities specified in branch POs.
• Support the Delivery/Logistics team in preparing products for branches and customers.
• Manage and control warehouse operations, inventory levels, and storage areas to ensure efficient use of space.
• Prepare inventory reports and summarize inbound and outbound stock movements.
• Manage and coordinate personnel within the department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Monitor, control, and verify the accuracy of receiving, transferring, and stock adjustment transactions in the ERP system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎯 Qualifications

• Gender: Male
• Age: 25–35 years old
• Education: Vocational Certificate (Higher Vocational Certificate / Diploma) to Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 0–1 year; candidates with at least 1 year of warehouse experience will be preferred.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Physically fit, responsible, proactive, and willing to work flexible hours when required.
• Patient, hardworking, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling inventory and stock records.
