Position Summary:
The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s daily operations across online sales channels. This role is primarily focused on ProPlugin.com and TikTok Shop, though as a dynamic and fast-moving environment, support across additional platforms may be required from time to time.
Core responsibilities include frontend sales and conversion ownership across both channels — managing products, promotions, and the customer experience on both our website and TikTok Shop. As this role owns the commercial and sales layer of ProPlugin.com, you will be working in close collaboration with our Web Developer who provides technical and backend support. Reporting directly to the eCommerce Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving sales targets and improving the company’s competitive position across ProPlugin’s online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Product & Content Management
- Manage and maintain product listings and landing pages across assigned channels, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize listings for search visibility and conversion performance.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Order Management:
- Ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, and swift resolution of returns and customer issues.
- Monitor order and delivery performance and proactively follow up on delayed or failed shipments, as well as failed payments.
Campaigns & Promotions:
- Plan and execute promotions including flash sales, coupons, and cashback activities, as well as key campaign events such as Double Day, Mid-Month, and Payday Sales.
- Manage affiliate partnerships and host live shopping sessions to drive reach, engagement, and conversion where relevant.
Customer Journey & SEO:
- Analyze customer journey, such as general behavior, cart abandonment, content performance, and SEO data to identify and act on optimization opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for online customer queries across assigned channels.
Performance & Reporting:
- Track key metrics such as sales, conversion rates, reviews, and return rates — and deliver regular reports with actionable insights to the eCommerce Manager.
- Conduct weekly competitor and pricing analysis to inform commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth, coordinated operations across all channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience managing online marketplaces (i.e. Shopee, Lazada etc.), eCommerce websites, and/or content management systems (CMS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Thai language, both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate in English with non-Thai speaking colleagues and contacts is not required but is seen as an advantage for this role
- Good understanding of digital marketing, customer behavior on digital sales channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development principles is an advantage for this role, not a requirement.
