A step up from its cousin, the Nitro Ultimate, this enhanced 10-piece e-kit delivers a fully expressive playing experience. Nitro Ultimate XL has larger mesh pads, larger / upgraded cymbals, and additional tom, and a stand-mounted hi-hat system (stand sold separately) that responds like traditional hi-hats; preserving the physical connection from your foot to your hats.

A Hi-Hat That Plays Like a Hi-Hat
Nitro Ultimate XL puts a stand-mounted, movable hi-hat controller at your feet, compatible with most traditional hi-hat stands (sold separately). This lets you play with the natural feel and expression of an acoustic kit, giving you full control over every technique and subtle detail.
Expressive Triple-Zone and Dual-Zone Cymbals
This pro-level kit features dual-zone crash cymbals and a triple-zone ride, each equipped with choke functionality. This lets you play with more nuance, allowing for separate edge crashes, bow strikes, and tip sounds for a more dynamic, acoustic-like performance. The size of Nitro Ultimate’s 14” triple-zone ride and two dual-zone 12” crashes make for a more realistic and natural playing experience.

Nitro Ultimate XL’s dual-zone drums give you a natural, expressive playing experience. The responsive 12″ snare and four 10″ toms let you experiment with advanced techniques like rimshots with ease. You can also assign different sounds to the rims, adding extra nuance and variety to your drumming.

For more creative flexibility and sound customization, connect via onboard MIDI to BFD Player on your Mac or PC and build your own kits at any time.
Seamless Bluetooth Connectivity
Stream music and videos straight from your phone or tablet. Once your kit is set up, all you need is your mobile device and a pair of headphones to play along with songs and lessons at your own pace. Simply connect to your Nitro Ultimate XL via Bluetooth and adjust your sound right from the module.
