Still, that’s only the beginning of the TONEX Pedal Bass Edition’s stage and studio utility; with 5-pin MIDI I/O, USB audio interface functionality, stereo output, built-in effects, VIR cabinets, and much more, the TONEX Pedal’s all-encompassing feature set is all but guaranteed to become the centerpiece of your next stage or studio rig.
Introducing TONEX FX
Free for all TONEX users, the TONEX FX update elevates IK Multimedia’s all-encompassing modeling ecosystem with the addition of eight effects. No longer will you need to rely on your physical pedals to deck out your TONEX with time-based and modulation effects, as this update grants you two distinct delays, chorus, flanger, tremolo, phaser, and rotary effects — all of which are configurable via tap tempo. Next, the TONEX pedal’s reverb count grows to five, giving you a studio-grade selection of echoes to impart space and dimension to your sound. These powerful effects can be configured either pre- or post-amp and cab, with a grand total of seven FX blocks available for complete tonal customization.
