If a product is under warranty, we provide free repairs at our repairs centre for music equipment in Bangkok. If the product broke within 15 days after your purchase, we'll provide you with a brand new product.

You’ll also get access to an EQ personalization option, allowing you to control your speaker’s output right from your phone. And with software updates and product support available, you’ll always have your speaker up to date with the latest firmware.
