If a product is under warranty, we provide free repairs at our repairs centre for music equipment in Bangkok. If the product broke within 15 days after your purchase, we'll provide you with a brand new product.

- Three Voicing Modes: The monitors feature three adjustable voicing modes to suit different tasks:

- Focus Mode: A mid-focused voicing mode designed to help you concentrate on the crucial midrange frequencies.
- Isolation Foam Pads: The speakers include isolation foam pads in the box.
