The Prosorb Hexagon acoustic foam panel is designed for use in studios, recording rooms, rehearsal rooms, or any space that requires clear and controlled sound. Made from Grade A foam with no powder fillers, this foam is specifically engineered for sound absorption. The material is tough, highly dense, and not easily torn. It does not contain excessive air bubbles like common shock-absorbing foam. It effectively reduces sound reflections within a room, resulting in clearer, more defined, and more powerful audio.

All PU foam acoustic panels sold under the PROSORB brand have been tested by an electrical and electronics standards institute and comply with ISO 10534-2:1998 (sound absorption).

Recommendations

• Installation: Use spray adhesive. Apply adhesive evenly to the back of the acoustic foam panel, then attach it to the desired surface
• Installation Coverage: Install evenly or cover the entire room area for maximum effectiveness
• Custom Sizing: If smaller sizes are required, the foam can be carefully cut using a utility knife to the desired dimensions
• Fire Warning: The material is flammable if exposed to sparks. Not suitable for entertainment venues or public service facilities
• Product Color: Our acoustic foam panels are manufactured from open-cell foam blocks to ensure optimal sound absorption. Due to chemical reactions during production and variations in lighting angles, even panels made from the same foam block and production batch may show slight color variations. This is a normal characteristic and is consistent with international manufacturing standards
