If a product is under warranty, we provide free repairs at our repairs centre for music equipment in Bangkok. If the product broke within 15 days after your purchase, we'll provide you with a brand new product.

Tascam FR-AV2
A compact professional audio recorder designed specifically for video production. It supports 32-bit float recording at up to 192 kHz and comes with a built-in timecode system that can sync both wired and wirelessly (via Atomos UltraSync Blue*). The Ultra-HDDA preamps allow direct XLR microphone connections, while optional Bluetooth provides wireless monitoring. Perfect for filmmakers, professional videographers, and modern creators who demand high-quality audio without the hassle.

Clipping-Free Recording
With the FR-AV2’s advanced 32-bit recording at up to 192 kHz, you’ll never have to discard takes due to distorted or overly quiet levels. When recording at lower bit depths such as 24-bit or 16-bit, loud sound sources can cause irreversible digital clipping.
The dual A/D converter technology captures audio with greater dynamic range and clarity, allowing you to raise dialogue levels without compromising tonal balance or dynamics.
Premium XLR/TRS Combo Inputs
Connect professional microphones and line-level sources directly to the FR-AV2’s dual Ultra-HDDA preamps. With an equivalent input noise of just -127 dBu, you can capture the cleanest recordings with virtually no unwanted noise.
In addition, the 3.5mm stereo input lets you connect wireless microphones, lavalier mics, and other audio sources you may already have in your toolkit.
Ultimate Timecode Generation
With the FR-AV2, you can streamline your video setup and reduce the amount of gear you need. This recorder can send and receive timecode via its 3.5mm I/O for DSLR cameras, and it also supports jam sync with external timecode devices.
When paired with the optional AK-BT2 Bluetooth adapter, you can also wirelessly sync timecode with compatible Atomos UltraSync Blue devices.
Wireless Audio Monitoring
Adding the optional AK-BT2 Bluetooth adapter lets you monitor audio wirelessly in real time. Choose from three quality levels to ensure the best signal based on your recording environment, connection stability, and audio fidelity. Wired and Bluetooth monitoring can operate in parallel, allowing two people to listen at the same time.
