If a product is under warranty, we provide free repairs at our repairs centre for music equipment in Bangkok. If the product broke within 15 days after your purchase, we'll provide you with a brand new product.

This means the device doesn’t have a dedicated processor to run UAD plug-ins in real-time. The processing is done by your computer’s CPU instead.
❌ LUNA DAW is only compatible with Mac.
The LUNA digital audio workstation (DAW) software can only be used on macOS.
❌ No additional output channels for complex routing.
The device lacks extra output ports, which prevents you from creating sophisticated signal paths for things like sending audio to multiple devices or using parallel processing.
