Pure Class A Circuitry: The design features an entirely Class A circuit with no integrated circuits (ICs), preserving the classic analog tone.

Feature
High Gain Up to 80 dB
The preamp offers high gain capability of up to 80 dB. This gain is adjusted using a stepped rotary switch, which ensures precise, repeatable settings that are easy to recall later.
4-Position High-Pass Filter
The unit features a 4-position High-Pass Filter (50Hz, 80Hz, 160Hz, 300Hz ) that makes it easy to cut unwanted low-frequency noise and rumble.
Insert Send/Return (TS)
The unit features a TS Insert Send/Return jack. This allows you to patch in your favorite outboard gear, such as a Compressor, EQ, or any other effect, before the signal hits the output transformer. This is a crucial feature for tone shaping!
Tone Button
The Tone Button allows you to adjust the impedance of the input transformer between 1200Ω and 300Ω. Changing the impedance gives you a different sonic response—specifically, a more "open" or "clear" sound—which is particularly useful for brightening up microphones that tend to sound dark or dull.
