If a product is under warranty, we provide free repairs at our repairs centre for music equipment in Bangkok. If the product broke within 15 days after your purchase, we'll provide you with a brand new product.

The Warm Audio WA76-A compressor blends the charm of vintage sound with modern flexibility. Its design is faithful to the classic “Blue Stripe 76” model, with new features that meet the demands of modern studio use.

The WA76-A was developed to emulate the sound of early FET (Field Effect Transistor) compressors known as the “Blue Stripe 76,” which has been popular in the music industry for a long time. With its ability to quickly control audio dynamics and add analog harmonics, this device is perfect for tasks that require a powerful and unique sound, such as vocals, drums, guitars, or mixing.
Modern Features for Every Studio
Even though it's modeled after a classic, the WA76-A adds modern features that make recording more flexible:
- Dry/Wet Mix Knob
Allows you to easily adjust the ratio between the original (Dry) and compressed (Wet) sound. This is perfect for Parallel Compression, adding balance to the sound. - Sidechain High-Pass Filter
Adjustable from 30Hz to 300Hz. This helps reduce the impact of bass frequencies that can cause inconsistent compression on other sounds. - Selectable Impedance
Choose between 600Ω (suitable for analog gear) and 10kΩ (suitable for modern digital gear and interfaces). - All-Buttons-In Mode
A special feature that allows you to experiment and create a punchy, unique sound all your own.

The WA76-A uses CineMag Transformers that are manufactured to the original specs of the classic model. This adds detail and a powerful sonic character, along with premium internal components like Poly Film Capacitors and Precision Resistors for maximum accuracy in sound processing.
