Standard Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from ProPlugin are protected under the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty, which may vary by brand, model, or product type.

  • Warranty details for each product are available on our website or at the time of purchase.
  • The warranty period begins on the purchase date, as shown on your official receipt or tax invoice (required for all claims).
  • Covered issues include manufacturer defects and malfunctions under normal, intended use only.

We offer an extended 1-year repair warranty for PROTONE signal cables:

  • Defects found within 15 days: return for free repair.
  • Within 1 year, repairs to connection points are free, unlimited times.
  • Cables must not be cut or damaged, and connectors must remain physically intact.
    Please include the receipt or original packaging with the product serial number.
  • After 15 days, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (to be quoted and confirmed before return).

Additional Warranty Coverage

Register your product with ProPlugin for free to receive extended warranty coverage. You can fill out the registration form, for an instant and free additional 30 days of warranty coverage.

Please note that some brands may also offer additional warranty coverage on top of your standard warranty, by registering your purchase via the manufacturer’s website. Details can be found in our extensive list of brands below.

15-Day Replacement Guarantee

If a product is found to be defective within 15 days of purchase, you may request a replacement product provided:

  • The item was purchased within 15 days (the purchase date counts as day 1)
  • The defect is confirmed by our team and meets warranty conditions.
  • All original items (box, manual, accessories, freebies) are returned in like-new condition.
  • You present a valid sales receipt or invoice.

Note: If your product is defective within 15 days of purchase, you may opt for either a replacement or a refund provided the item is unused and meets the conditions of our risk-free returns policy. If the product has been used, a replacement may still be offered under our 15-Day Replacement Guarantee, subject to inspection and warranty validation.

Repairs & Service

If the product fails after 15 days but is still under the standard manufacturer’s warranty, we will repair the product for you free of charge:

  • You can send it to ProPlugin Care or take it to the nearest authorized service center.
  • If a repair is not possible and the model is no longer available, a similar or upgraded replacement will be offered—with your consent.
  • You’ll be informed of the estimated service timeline and any updates during the process.
  • If your item is out of warranty or doesn’t meet warranty conditions, repair charges will apply.

What is not covered?

Warranty claims will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, drops, improper storage, overvoltage, natural disasters, or shipping.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-original parts.
  • Missing, altered, or unreadable product serial numbers.
  • Cosmetic damage, chemical markings, rust, burn marks, or insect infestation.
  • Abnormal physical damage (cracks, bends, holes, missing components).
  • Software or products bundled with software (please contact us to explore your options)
  • Lost detachable cables for headphones are not covered
  • Speaker & amplifier cones are excluded from coverage.
