Subordinates: 2 Customer Success Agents, 1 eCommerce Coordinator and 1 eCommerce Content Specialist

Position Overview:

Working Condition: 100% Onsite (Ladphrao Soi 5/1, BTS Ha Yak Lad Phrao or MRT

Phaholyothin exit 5)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 9.30 – 18.30 hours

Position Overview:

The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s online sales strategy and overseeing all aspects of the online sales channels, including the website, social commerce platforms, and marketplaces. This role ensures that product listings and pricing are accurate across all channels and works to optimize the customer experience.

The eCommerce Manager will also track key performance metrics, lead the marketplace, website and social commerce team, and collaborate with other departments to drive online growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement online sales strategies to drive growth across all online channels (website, social commerce, and marketplace – for example Shopee and Lazada)

2. Sales and Customer Service Operations

  • Oversee the daily sales and customer service operations for all online channels, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

3. Product and Pricing Accuracy

  • Ensure accurate product listings and pricing across all online channels to maintain a high level of consistency and transparency for customers.

4. Customer Experience Optimization

  • Continuously optimize the online customer experience through enhancements in website navigation, product information, checkout processes, and customer service response times.

5. Marketplace Performance Metrics Management

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI for all online marketing efforts.

6. Team Management and Collaboration

  • Manage and lead the eCommerce team in setting, tracking, and achieving KPIs. Foster collaboration with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure alignment with broader company goals.
  • Propose and coordinate training topics for the eCommerce team to enhance their skills, ensuring continuous improvement in performance.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1-3 years of proven experience in e-commerce management
  • Strong understanding of online sales strategies, performance metrics, and customer service operations
  • Experience in consumer audio / musical instruments industry or marketplace industry or modern trade industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to converse in professional level of English and Thai
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop the team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
