Position Summary:

The Marketplace Coordinator is responsible for day to day operations regarding the company’s presence on online marketplace channels TikTok Shop, NocNoc and HomePro, as well as assisting the eCommerce team on daily operations at Shopee and Lazada. This role involves overseeing product listings, promotions, inventory management, and ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience, and maintaining an excellent relationship with key account managers at these channels. Reporting directly to the eCommerce Manager, the Marketplace Coordinator will play a critical role in achieving sales targets and maintaining the company’s competitive position on marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

• Manage and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing on TikTok Shop, NocNoc and Homepro
• Optimize listings for search visibility, conversion rates, and overall performance.
• Monitor marketplace algorithms and ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
• Coordinate with the eCommerce Manager to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with key account managers at marketplaces

Inventory and Order Management:

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to avoid out-of-stock situations by rebalancing stock levels between warehouses or recommending purchase orders
• Ensure timely order processing and shipment coordination in collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Track returns and resolve order-related issues with customers and marketplaces.

Promotions and Campaigns:

• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, flash sales, and campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for future activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create promotional materials and assets.
• Coordinate, and execute affiliate marketing strategies on TikTok Shop in close collaboration with the eCommerce Manager 
• Coordinate, and execute live streaming events in close collaboration with the eCommerce Manager 

Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, and return rates.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to the eCommerce Manager.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve marketplace performance and customer satisfaction.

Customer Experience:

• Monitor customer reviews and ratings, and address concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure consistent and positive interactions with marketplace customers.

Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
• Stay updated on marketplace trends, tools, and features to enhance platform utilization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience managing online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, or similar)
• Familiarity with marketplace backend tools and analytics dashboards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and customer behavior on marketplaces.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Native or near-native fluency in Thai language is required
• Ability to communicate in English is preferred but not required
