The Laney LA30BL is a full tube guitar amplifier with 30 watts of power, four inputs (2x Bass, 2x Treble) and clear controls in the form of a three-band EQ and Gain and Presence potentiometers. The design of the amp is based on an unrealized prototype from 1968, hence the preamp circuit is identical to the LA100 model made famous by Tony Iommi of the legendary Black Sabbath. The amp offers a great clean sound with a lower gain level (rockier crunch in the maximum setting). It meets the current demands of many guitarists who combine the clean sound of the machine with the possibilities of pedalboard effects and an overdrive/distortion effect placed in the path in front of the machine.
