Join us as our System Integration Manager, where you’ll be instrumental in managing and optimizing our core systems like our ERP, POS and data warehouse. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of diverse systems through APIs and other means, ensuring data consistency across platforms, and enhancing our technical infrastructure to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the integration and automation of key systems including our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), CDP, POS, and data warehouse, utilizing API connections and coordinating with third-party vendors for seamless functionality
• Manage the deployment of our POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring smooth collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
• Lead the development of a centralized data warehouse to consolidate data, facilitating the automation of data dashboards, supporting marketing initiatives and implementing real-time or near-real-time data synchronization strategies, such as inventory levels across sales channels
• Develop and enforce project timelines, provide updates to stakeholders on progress, and swiftly address any issues or delays to keep projects on track
• Set up monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve integration-related issues, and conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Serve as the primary in-house expert for backend system issues, offering guidance and solutions to internal teams when they face issues with key systems. This includes handling support requests by initiating and managing tickets with third-party vendors, ensuring timely resolution of issues affecting other departments.
• Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, configurations, and updates for reference and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field/experience is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in system integration, IT project management, or a similar role with proven success in managing complex IT projects

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in developing and managing integrations between systems. Previous experience with ERP systems is highly desirable but not required
• Skilled in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL or equivalent languages, and familiar with using integration tools to facilitate seamless system connectivity
• Understanding of API integration and web services, ensuring efficient and effective communication between different software systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving issues that arise during system integration.
• Knowledge of data synchronization techniques and best practices to maintain consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, adept at collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders to drive project success.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think systematically and critically when planning and implementing integration projects. As well as capable of simplifying complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.
• High level of diligence, patience, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility, complemented by a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop.
