Engages with customers in a retail environment, for example in our Flagship Store. This team provides personalized recommendations to customers

Manages B2B relationships with our distribution and audio integration partners, as well as managing custom audio integration projects for events, bars, restaurants and more

Marketing
Responsible for promoting products or services to our target audience. They create campaigns, and analyze market trends to increase brand awareness and sales

Manages our social media accounts, YouTube account and includes our in-house graphics & video production team

Backoffice

Provides after-sales support, handling warranties, repairs, and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships

Responsible for acquiring goods and services for the company, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards
Human Resources
Handles recruitment, training, and performance management to foster a positive work environment and maintain a motivated, skilled workforce

Maintains financial records, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides accurate reporting to support business decisions and financial health
