sE Electronics is based in Xi'an, People's Republic of China, founded in the early 2000s by Mr. Siwei Zou. He is a successful music graduate from a university in Xi'an and works as a conductor for an orchestra and a composer. Besides that, he is also a skilled bassoon player
After studying Western composition at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and pursuing a successful career as a conductor, composer, and bassoonist, Mr. Siwei Zou was invited to be a visiting scholar in the music department at California State University.
During his early years at California State University, individuals from Shanghai reached out to him, offering to send him newly developed microphones for recording purposes. While he was impressed with the performance of the microphones that manufacturers sent to him, he was dissatisfied with their design and characteristics. This led to the creation of sE Electronics.
