ProPlugin offers all its customers a flexible and transparent Returns & Refund policy. We strive to offer you world-class service and are here to help you!

Product returns

1.We accept product returns within 15 business days from the date the product is received. If it exceeds this period, the company reserves the right not to exchange/return the product.

2. The product that the customer wants to exchange must be in 100% complete condition, undamaged from use, and in the same condition as when delivered by the company, including price tags, brand labels, manuals, and packaging. The original receipt must be shown.

Types of products that customers can exchange:
   2.1 Wrong model, color, or size due to company error.
   2.2 Products that are different or not similar to the images shown on the product details page.
   2.3 Damaged or unusable products, subject to warranty conditions.

3. The company reserves the right to inspect the returned product before sending a new one within 7 business days.

4.The company reserves the right not to exchange products in the following cases:
   4.1 Customer dissatisfaction with the product.
   4.2 Customer's own mistake in ordering the wrong model.
   4.3 Inability to use the product after purchase.
   4.4 Duplicate purchase within the family.
   4.5 Change of mind, no longer wanting the product.
   4.6 Purchase of the product more than 15 business days ago.

5. Procedures for returning products and the time frame for considering exchanges:
   5.1 Customers can choose 3 options to request a product exchange:
       5.1.1 Send to the Pro Plug-in store, Fortune Town branch, 3rd floor, in person.
       5.1.2 Send to Pro Plug-in Co., Ltd. (Pro Plug-in Care Department) in person.
       5.1.3 Send to Pro Plug-in Co., Ltd. (Pro Plug-in Care Department) via courier to Pro Plug-in Co., Ltd. (Pro Plug-in Care Department), 677/89 Soi Lat Phrao 5/1, Lat Phrao Road, Chom Phon, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Tel. 081-910-6949.

    5.2 If you choose to send the product via a courier service, please ensure that the product is well-packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
   5.3 The processing time for inspecting, exchanging, or repairing the product is estimated to take approximately 15-30 business days.

6. The company reserves the right to accept product exchanges only under the policies and conditions as specified by the company.

Refund

The company will refund the product cost to the customer in cases where the company is unable to deliver the ordered products. Details are as follows:

1.In cases where customers have made full payment or installment payments using credit cards issued by commercial banks registered in Thailand, the company will refund the money back to the credit card that customers used for payment. This process may take approximately 30 business days from the day customers receive notification from the Call Center, depending on the credit card billing cycle of the customer's card-issuing bank.

2.In cases where customers have made full payment through a bank transfer, the company will refund the money to the bank account number that customers used for the transfer. This process may take approximately 15 business days from the day customers receive notification.

3. The company reserves the right not to refund any amount exceeding the specified timeframe, in cases of force majeure, with notification provided to customers regarding the force majeure event.

4. The company reserves the right to modify any conditions without prior notice.

Exclusions

The company reserves the right to not accept returns for the following:
1.Clearance items
2.Promotional sale items
3.Items purchased with gift cards or store credit
4.Gifted items

Note:
1.Customers are advised to review the policies and terms and conditions before each product purchase since the warranty for each item may vary. Therefore, customers must check the product warranty policies they intend to purchase before making the order.
2.In the event of product defects, damages, or malfunctions upon receiving the product, please immediately notify our customer service at Line ID: @procare or call at 081-910-6949 from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM daily.
3.Please retain the sales receipt, tax invoice, product receipt, and other related documents as evidence for product returns.
