Sonos 1+1 Year Warranty (Please Read)

Terms and Conditions:

1. The customer has to fill in this form within 15 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for the additional One year warranty. The company reserves the right to refuse the additional warranty after 15 days with no exception. Warranty starts from the date of activation (online set up).

2. Applicable only to official products sold in Thailand, purchased directly from Bond Innoventure Co., Ltd, Rezonix E-commerce Stores, or official resellers listed on www.rezonix.com.

3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and uses under normal conditions only, excluding accidental drops, abuse, water damage, or unauthorized repairs prior to reporting to the company.

4. การรับประกันครอบคลุมเฉพาะตัวสินค้าตามสภาพการใช้งานปกติเท่านั้น ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงความเสียหายอันเกิดจากการขนส่ง รอยขีดข่วน หรือการกัดกร่อนจากสารเคมี อันเกิดจากการบำรุงรักษาที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือใช้งานผิดวิธี การดัดแปลงอุปกรณ์ การติดตั้งที่ไม่ถูกวิธี รวมถึงการตก การกระแทก การโดนน้ำหรือโดนความชื้น การรับประกัน ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงการซ่อมโดยช่างภายนอกบริษัทฯ ผู้ผลิต ก่อนการเคลมสินค้า
